the y'ALL Chapbook Series Project
y'ALL is a student-run publication that seeks to collect, archive, publish, and promote local LGBTQ+ voices in and around Fort Worth, TX. We are dedicated to creating a safe space for LGBTQ+ individuals to share their stories and experiences. Through our events, we aim to bring the community together, celebrate diversity, and foster a sense of belonging. FALL 2024
This edition of the chapbook series contains interviews and archival material surrounding the "The Queer Art of Drag," a college level course taught at one of Fort Worth's universities, TCU. We aimed to gather stories that highlighted the complexities of creating space for LGBTQ+ scholarship and experience in a university setting, as well as the drag community. We are grateful to our participants who offered honest and vulnerable oral histories about their personal experiences.
