Manuella's Log

LOG of the class on March 22nd The class started with the reflection on project 2. We had 7 minutes to write about our development as readers, writers or researchers and post it on our wix website. We also filled out our note cards with the title of our reflection. Mr. Wenzel read the poem of the day which was “The Cats Will Know” by Cesare Pavese, translated by Geoffrey brock. Mat explained project 3 and we went over its details from the syllabus. After that, Renee made her presentation on Mystery Science Theater 3000 and Hannah Smith presented on Jimmy Fallons's Thank You notes. Later, Caroline lead discussion on the blog 8. She talked about chapter 21 and 22 on in-text citation. Sabrina read her blog post, Beth read her blog post on in text citations and we also went over chapter 30 on redundancy. Finally, there were a few reminders on plagiarism and tips on MLA format for project 2 which was due March 27 at 6am.
