Read Chapter 11 of the Bedford Book of Genres to get an understanding of writing a formal proposal. You'll email me your formal proposal. Then, remediate your proposal into a segment. You might want to create a "pitch," a plan, an introduction. Remember to consider your audience and compose accordingly.
