• Mat started off the class by welcoming everyone back

• He named off who was presenting their mini genre presentations

• Sam presented his class log, which was very short because class was cancelled the previous day

• Mat then explained the organizational summary which is due next class

• He wants an outlined format of our wix website to help him find each of our assignments

• Mat then showed us one of his previous students wixsite to show what ours should look like

• We then went over the next blog post which covers a chapter in the Bedford Book of Genres

• Mat also slightly introduced project 3 and the 1 minute elevator pitch that explains what our project is about

• He briefly talked about the final reflection for the class, which should be 700 words and a combination of every reflection we have done so far

• Mat explained that our genres for project 3 should be a text that deals with the real world and tied in some way to our project 2

• The class then looked at previous examples of project 3

• We looked at multiple genres ranging from websites, piktocharts, and social media

• Leo presented his mini genre first, followed by Richie, Bill, Evan, and Bella

• Mat announced that class would be canceled Thursday and dismissed the class
