We began the class with Mat answering any questions we had about the inquiry project that we wrote down on our notecards. We then continued where we left off with the “Peeling the Onion” activity and managed to get back into the circular arrangement with the desks. Mat recapped how the Peeling the Onion activity works and how we are doing the abbreviated version which only has 5 steps instead of the longer 7 which are: State the “Problem”, Assumption, Question, Consideration, and the Open Forum. We completed the “Peeling the Onion” activity however it took a majority of class so the presentations that were supposed to be done today were pushed back to a later date. At the end of class, we got together with our groups and discussed what we think a community profile is. We also discussed what was due on Monday which included our Interview to be scheduled and our essay reflection which should be published on our Wix website. The class Canvas was published so we could see our current grade.
